Submit a complaint

File a Complaint

You can send your complaints by mail to the following address:

You will first receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your complaint, and within a period of ten business days following the receipt of your request, you will receive a notification informing you of the admissibility or not of your complaint.

As part of the review of your complaint, the ClubFunding team will verify:

  • whether the complaint form has been correctly completed,
  • whether the information provided is clear,
  • and whether all required supporting documents have been submitted.

If this is not the case, ClubFunding will send you, at the latest within a period of ten business days from the receipt of your complaint, a notification explaining clearly the reasons why the request cannot be accepted, and inviting you to complete or reformulate it.
Any delay in the handling of complaints will be immediately notified to you by the ClubFunding team.

Recourse in case of disagreement

In case of disagreement regarding the handling or outcome of your complaint, you have the option to contact the mediation service of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF):

You also have the option to file an appeal before the competent jurisdiction or authority.
